Our chef Mr. James Varghese started his culinary journey in 1994. The passion to create food that sweeps people off their feet is what drives James and our team at MapleMirch. Having spent over a decade in the multicultural settings of cruise ships and many more years experimenting and reinventing flavors from around the world, James has been able to develop a cooking style that combines the best of traditional eastern recipes and popular western dishes.
